Frequently Asked Questions
How do I create an account?
Download the app from the App Store, tap "Create Account," and enter your email, password, and organization name. You'll receive a verification email to activate your account.
I didn't receive my verification email
Check your spam/junk folder. If it's not there, open the app and tap "Resend Verification Email." Make sure to wait at least 60 seconds between attempts.
How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. You'll receive a link to create a new password. The link expires after 15 minutes.
What are the password requirements?
Passwords must be at least 8 characters long, cannot be entirely numeric, and cannot be a commonly used password.
How do I add other users to my organization?
Share your Organization Code (found in Settings) with your team members. They enter it during account creation to join your organization.
How do subscriptions work?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Each subscription adds licenses to your organization's pool. Cancelled subscriptions remain active until their expiration date.
